COOLCOAT

It is a acrylic polymer blended elastomeric coating compounded with proprietary insulation and reflective materials which creates a continuous heat protective film for a variety of roof surface.

It reflects incident heat rays t a greater extent to atmosphere back and prevents the roofing materials from getting heated up so that the air below the roof doesn’t get hot and thus improves the indoor air quality and comfortable.

POLY- URETHANE COATING

It is a single component high solid content, moisture cured tar extended polyurethane based elastomeric liquid,applied waterproofing membrane,confirming to ASTM C-836–89 which finds various usages in the construction industries. Films obtained are highly flexible and highly resistant to water, UV rays, fungal growth and display excellent stability to light and outdoor performance for longer period. Ideally suited for waterproofing of foundations, roof and walls.

APP MEMBRANE WATERPROOFING

APP stands for Atactic Polypropylene. APP membrane is the most commonly used waterproofing material on concrete roofs and low-slope roofs. APP membrane is applied to asphalts with a torch. Applications of APP membranes aren’t limited to just roofs. Man made ponds, bathrooms, water tanks, curtain walls, concrete channels can be protected against water ingress with APP waterproofing membrane. APP membrane is a durable waterproofing material largely preferred by contractors for safeguarding surfaces against leakage.
